The monthly close now produces a statement, not a payment
The monthly close now works out what you earned and stops there, rather than moving money. Referral bonuses stay in your balance instead of being attached to a payout, and nothing is paid until a withdrawal is requested.
Each month we close out what your nodes earned. That close used to be able to send money as well. It no longer does.
The close produces a statement. It works out what you earned for the period, records it, and stops. Nothing leaves our side as a result of it.
Money moves in one way only — because you asked for it. Making the withdrawal request the single path means an automatic job can’t pay the same thing twice, or pay it while your balance is still changing.
Referral bonuses stay in your balance. They used to be attached to the monthly payout. They now sit in the same withdrawable balance as your node earnings, so what you see is one number you can act on.
